Faster Than Ever.

The massive volume of work that needs to happen very quickly means we must scale the production team and onboard temporary help.

To ensure uniform quality I developed a digital best practices guide in addition to the campaign style guide. Most of our digital ads needed to be “unbranded” while retaining certain elements and fitting some very specific constraints.

A major hurdle for every digital ad is getting it through several regulatory reviews. Some constraints we operate under include photo selection, font selection, color contrast, and digital accessibility, required elements like logos, disclaimers, and buttons, etc. The best practices guide reduced the back and forth to an extreme minimum and allowed us to launch on time with less stress.
